Proximity to eating venues was a plus. Just walked to them. Service was efficient, pleasant and cordial. The included Continental breakfast was appreciated and plentiful and much appreciated by us and the happy families eating in the dining room.

Room very old and dingy. Torn curtains and generally a down at heel feel. Looked like the last renovation was in the 70s. Not value for money as much newer and more pleasant rooms on our two week trip around act, nsw and vic were within a similiar price range. Only booked as we needed a family room that night, but there would have to be much better places.

Got smoke into the room, may have been fron a fireplace close by. Just hate smoke and smoking habbit [not the smokers] I do not think you can air tight the room to please me. Take this as abit of bull sh.T. Sorry.

Very homely, safe, comfortable, neat and friendly staff....breakfast well organised. Good.
Only if we could have been given an extended hour to the required check out as we reached the hotel after midnight...wanted to sleep in but it was okay. Overall, good hospitality.

I travelled to Albury for a family funeral,The funeral was at 1.00pm I aked if I could have late check as I was willing to pay but to my surprise I was informed that payment wasnt necessary and I could stay late as they would have my room cleaned last. This saved me from haveing nowhere to go between 10.00am and 1 pm Thank you once again for your consideration.

Staff were friendly, sheets and towels were clean. Breakfast was adequate and a bonus.
Curtains were badly torn, reception looked dirty and needs to be freshened up. Gardens were unkempt.
